It's Women’s History Month, commemorating and encouraging the study, observance and celebration of the vital role women play in the changing world in which we live.
To kick off the work that never stops for most of us, we want to give you a hand- or ask you to give us yours for an hour…as a way to take back some of the love your healing hands have so generously delivered to so many. Today, it’s your turn.
Lia has been in the hand pampering business for decades…from earning her manicurist license in the 80's, owning her own salon, to running the Education Division for OPI nails, with thousands of high profile clients, and people like you in between. And she’s digging into her bag of tricks to honor you and the hands that feed everyone else in your world. If you are ready to focus inward for a change, then this one’s for YOU!
In this session, you’ll learn how to relieve those achy wrists and frazzled fingers, understand the gentle art of stretching and massaging your hands and the best secret to make your manicures last longer. Spend this time with Lia if you are ready to take your hands in your own hands and possibly experience: reduced hand pain, less anxiety, better mood, improved sleep or greater grip strength.
Please bring: cuticle oil, skincare oil or kitchen oil, hand cream, a golf or tennis ball, a sharpie or thick, rounded marker, play dough, putty or a small baggie with sugar, sand or clean kitty litter. And if you so desire, wear the color purple, the official color of Women’s History Month.
