Fancy Camp begins at 4pm ET on Thurs, May 12 and concludes at 1pm ET on Sun, May 15.

We'll be hosting at The Horse Shoe Farm, located at 155 Horse Shoe Farm Dr, Hendersonville, NC 28791. The farm is less than 20 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport and ~45 minutes from Downtown Asheville.

Thursday, May 12:
Pre-camp, Campowerment offers Fancy Camper pickup on Thursday, May 12 between 2:30 and 3:45pm ET from the Asheville Regional Airport and Downtown Asheville (at the AC Hotel by Marriott, 10 Broadway Street).

Sunday, May 15:
Post-camp, Campowerment offers Fancy Camper dropoff on Sunday, May 15 between 12 and 1:30pm ET at Asheville Regional Airport and Downtown Asheville (at the AC Hotel by Marriott, 10 Broadway Street).

All other ground transportation needs are the responsibility of the Fancy Camper.

Should you arrive early: Book a stay at the farm via their site, stay at the AC Marriott (the pickup spot on Thursday) or find somewhere funky & cool to spend time 'til camp begins on Thursday. Should you choose to, you can use your spa credit before or after Fancy Camp, but know that your room (and Campowerment) will not be ready for you until 4! 
For the worried traveler: If your flight is delayed or you have travel woes, Uber picks up from the airport, and it's an easy ride to the farm; no sweat. We'll make a plan together in real time to adjust to any changes.

For the locals or those who choose to drive to Fancy Camp: Meet us @ the farm (155 Horse Shoe Farm Dr, Hendersonville, NC 28791 when camp's gates open at 4pm, please!

We'll offer rides at 12:30, 1, 1:30 and 2pm ET as necessary, from the farm to the airport and DT Asheville. We'll work together around your time frame to get you to your flight on time.

Fly into/out of Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), 2 hours from the farm (and quite an easy, tree-lined highway drive). You can rent a car in CLT...and coordinate with other Fancy Campers if you choose to.

If you are driving in and out of Fancy Camp (and not meeting at the airport), please see above for Fancy Camp's opening + closing times. We ask that you're timely with both, so we can start + end together!

• Immediately following registration...In your welcome email, you'll have the opportunity to share your travel plans and/or asks & offers, as well as be able to view others'.
  

• Immediately following registration...All Fancy Campers are invited to join a private Facebook group, open exclusively to the women sharing in your experience. This becomes a great place to share travel plans and even self-arrange stays, should you choose to arrive a day before camp, stay a day later or drive from an airport other than Asheville, etc.

• In the 2 weeks leading up to the retreat, Campowerment will confirm all carpools, pickups, etc. If you need help in the meantime, email info@campowerment.com.
