In consideration for permission to attend the Event, I agree to completely relieve the Company, its managers, employees, officers, directors, stockholders, associates, agents, contractors, volunteers, sponsors or any other person or company in any way associated with it (collectively, “TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT”), of any duty or liability to me, and I voluntarily assume the entire risk of any damages, loss or injuries to myself, my property, others or others’ property, and TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT, which might occur during or as a result of my enrollment, all transportation, including to and from, attendance at, or participation in the Event, including COVID-19 or other contagion or pandemic. By this agreement, I also intend to fully, completely, and forever release, discharge and absolve TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT, from any and all liability including without limitation as a result of any active or passive negligence, or gross negligence whatsoever by TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT, and I waive and relinquish any claim or cause of action against TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT, for any loss, claim, damage, personal injury, disability, death, medical and any other types of expense or property damage or loss whether or not caused by TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT from, including without limitation any active or passive negligence and/or gross negligence of TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT, or any other third party.

I have carefully read this release and am indicating my understanding and acceptance by signing. I REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT I AM 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. I understand that Company is proceeding in reliance upon the terms set forth herein, and I will not attempt to revoke this release at any time.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS NO MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL ON PREMISES. I take responsibility for my own medical wellbeing.

Release of Unknown Claims. I understand that there is a risk that, subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, I may incur or suffer loss, damage, or injuries which are encompassed within the scope of the release set forth above, but which are unknown and unanticipated at the time of the execution of this Agreement. Further, there is a risk that loss or damage presently known may be or become greater than I now expect or anticipate. I assume said risk that the release contained herein shall apply to all unknown and unanticipated claims, as well as those known and anticipated. I waive all rights under California Civil Code section 1542 or similar statute, which section reads as follows:

“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”

I acknowledge that I may hereafter discover Claims or facts in addition to or different from those which I now know or believe to exist with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement; nevertheless, it is my intention to hereby fully, finally and forever release all possible claims.


I agree to indemnify and hold TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT harmless from any liability, loss or damage TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments against TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT arising out of my actions, or inactions including without limitation my negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct.

I agree to abide by all reasonable recommendation made by medical professionals whether or not provided by TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT at the Event, and in the event that I refuse any medical treatment or advice, I fully, completely, and forever release, discharge and absolve TLF Productions Inc DBA CAMPOWERMENT, from any and all liability directly or indirectly resulting from my refusal to comply with said medical advice.
