And while you may think it is only a work-related skill, your mastery can support your professional and personal prioritization...and ultimately address the badge we all dread but wear so proudly: being busy or overwhelmed.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to turn delegation into teaching, to earn trust with co-workers and family, and prioritize the work worth doing. This one covers those on either end of the delegation: the person delegating and the person being delegated to.
